TAINTED

I am thrilled about this project!

This is a YA fantasy flavored with an empowered STEM female, romantic subplot, science/magic hybrid concoctions, and social and environmental justice. My fast-paced plot is on the darker side but is not without sunshine (most plants can’t survive without it). 

The following quotation from William Shakespeare reflects a theme I have planted throughout this project (in a very literal way):

Poison hath residence and medicine power.

For this, being smelt, with that part cheers each part;

Stories ride gusts of flurries throughout the kingdom of Asken: tales of a fabled phoenix with fiery wings and of a witch who lusts for the heat in human hearts.
